Ground Shipments

All orders will be shipped via Ground Courier unless otherwise specified. For Ground Delivery, please allow up to 10 business days after the ship date. Large orders and out of stock items may take longer.

In stock merchandise usually ships within 7 to 10 business days...if there is a significant delay (such as back-ordered stock), we will attempt to contact you, or note your account online.

Free Freight Shipping implies delivery to direct ship locations.

Express Shipments

Express Shipping is available on our products. You must email sales@mattresses4backs.com.au to see if your order can be shipped via  2-day, or Overnight (First, Priority, or Standard).  Shipping costs for express shipments are paid by the customer.

Express Shipment delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier who is shipping the product. Mattresses Direct Inc. is not responsible if the carrier does not fulfill their guarantee of service.
