How long will deliveries take?
Delivery is promised in 14  business days from when you place your order, but typically you will receive your order much sooner (7-10 business days), but we prefer to stay on the conservative side just in case of any unlikely delays caused by distribution issues.

How will my order be shipped?
If your order is classed as freight (mattress for example) it will ship by ground courier, but may also ship by another nationwide freight shipper .

Do I have to be home to when my package is delivered?
Our experience has been that the delivery people are very conscientious about either leaving your package in a safe place or leaving you a note for you to arrange to receive your order if a safe place is not available. In the case of freight class deliveries someone will usually have to be available to receive the order.

What do I have to do If I decide to return something?
First you would need to get a return authorization from mattresses4backs. Click here for details about product returns. Then, in the case of an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product etc) you would receive a prepaid return shipping label that you would stick on the package and notify the shipper to pick it up. Then of course your credit would be issued or your replacement would be shipped to you ASAP. In the case of a return under our Love it or Return It Guarantee, you would still need to obtain a return authorization from Mattresses4backs., but the responsibility for arranging and paying for return shipping would be completely yours. In this case, once we receive your return under the terms of our guarantee, a credit would then be issued. Availability of return shipping service is widely available from a variety of shippers in most areas, but procedures and prices do vary from place to place, and costs are widely variable.

Is the Satisfaction Guarantee for real?
Yes, your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back. The thing is, the vast majority of people who buy our mattresses find them to be very comfortable, and of high quality. Therefore, our return rate is exceptionally low. But, if you cannot achieve a comfortable nights sleep with one of our products during the 90 day Love it or Return It period, we will give you your money back.

Do I really need to get a new Box spring (foundation) too?
Definitely not, if you have a good solid box spring of the correct size, then by all means keep using it. Your warrantee will still be good.

Do I even have to use a box spring?
No, you can use a slat base or even a futon bed but a futon will make your bed even firmer, maybe even too firm.

Will these mattresses burn?
Yes, they will, but so will almost any bed or other furniture. There was a recent expose' on the dangers of foam bedding, which has caused some concern, but the truth is almost any textile or upholstered product can and will burn if exposed to excessive heat or open flames. Weren't you taught in elementary school fire safety classes not to do things like smoke in bed, or place furniture too close to heaters or other heat sources? Of course, we all were. Nothing has changed since then. You still shouldn't smoke (or weld, or roast marshmallows, or read by candlelight, or set off fireworks) in bed or place furniture too close to heaters. By the way, you probably need to change the batteries in your smoke detector too.
